PingCo to Sponsor Cavell Group’s Cloud Comms Summit
Unified communications firm PingCo has been confirmed as a gold sponsor of Cavell Group’s Cloud Comms Summit.
- Cavell Group has confirmed PingCo’s status as a gold sponsor for the 2023 summit.
- The company is returning to the Cloud Comms Summit for the second year in a row.
- PingCo developed the world’s first fully automated Teams Calling platform, TCAP.
The company joins other industry leaders sponsoring the one-day summit in London.
“We are extremely excited to return to the Cloud Comms Summit as gold sponsors,” said Daniel Pearson, the chief executive officer of PingCo. “CCS is an excellent opportunity for providers and vendors from around the world to interact and ideate, especially in relation to the future of cloud voice. By sponsoring CCS, we are contributing to a healthier, better-informed cloud comms industry.”
The summit features a mix of networking events, keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, and tactical masterclasses. Its speakers, including Mr Pearson, are scheduled to address topics ranging from market developments to inter-generational communication trends.
“Since developing TCAP in 2022, we have watched the VoIP landscape change dramatically,” said Mr Pearson. “Digitisation has accelerated very quickly since 2020, but many MSPs are still analogue-first, especially in the way they think about customer journeys.”
“For MSPs to succeed in an increasingly saturated market, customer journeys need to be as frictionless as possible. Fully automated trials and deployments are key – I want to help providers make the transition to that very low-touch PLG model, which is what I will be talking about at CCS.”
PingCo developed TCAP, the world’s first fully automated Teams Calling platform. The platform is used by both carriers and MSPs to create Microsoft voice offerings, with the ability to go to market through both direct routing and Operator Connect.
“Cavell established the Cloud Comms Summit as a forum for cloud communications providers to exchange best practises and launch cutting-edge new products,” said Dominic Black, Director of Cavell Group. “At our events, we love giving forward-thinking businesses the chance to engage with the community of service providers, and PingCo was the ideal fit.”
The Cloud Comms Summit is scheduled to run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on 8 March 2023. Tickets can be purchased through the event page.
